Using the Sales Tracker

By clicking on UPDATE SALES on the menu you will be taken to the Sales Tracking and Points System.

The system is a simple order capture programme. The order value and product mix you input will be held awaiting validation and approval.

Once your orders have been approved, your points will appear on your homepage.

The first thing you will see is a summary of the last five orders that have been approved. To add a new order click the ‘Create New Order’ button (you can also find this option on the menu – see later).

Capturing an order is a two step process. First you give basic order information: the account number the order has been raised against and the name of the account.

When you are done click ‘Go to Next Step’.

The next step enables you to quickly select relevant product codes and add to the order.

This will show you the list of product categories. Select one such as Cleaning Clothes.

The product list to the right of the category list will reload the list of product under that category.

When you are done click ‘Go to Next Step’.

Enter the product information and then complete the order line by adding in the number of units and the value of the product in pounds. Please do not enter the value per item but enter the total value of that product purchased. Please do not include VAT.

Then click the ‘Save Order’ button.

To review your orders use the Sales Tracking System menu and select Review Orders.

The Review Orders screen shows you all your orders approved and unapproved. Initially it will only show you the items from This Week. You can change this by clicking on the list on the left, where it says This Week and selecting a different time period.

If you click on the red plus next to the order it will expand to show the items that the order included. See below.

You can edit the order as long as it has not been approved by clicking on the pencil icon.

 

You can also delete an unapproved order by clicking on the red cross.

 

Once you are finished click on the Return to Main Site button at the top of the screen to leave the Sales Tracking and Points System.

 

Your points total will now have a total of points awaiting validation. Once the order has been approved the points will automatically be transferred to your points count.
